Anime North This Friday!

I’m gonna be a little lazy this morning and try to enjoy my long weekend.

Later, I’ll be getting my stuff in gear for Anime North this coming Friday! I’ll be in the Hairy T booth at the back of the dealers room with my accessories (miruku included) and other fun items.

This will be the first year that they’ve capped the attendance so I hope all of you that were quick and got tickets have a great time!

Me..? I’m looking forward to the costumes (and the books!).

Art Brownie: Rainbow 2012

Here’s a look at one of the submissions that I will include in this years IndexG Art Brownie Rainbow 2012 Exhibit.

The show will run from July 28th to August 31st 2012 (which gives me plenty time to fiddle with my brownie a bit more).

This exhibit aims to include 1000+ brownies from artists around the world.

Rainbows for the rainbow theme and pandas because I’m still all over the panda theme!

Thoughts on the medium? Brownies really are quite small…

Re: USE

I’ve been trying to clean house/studio for a bit now and one of the things that has been my priority, is to use, recycle, give away or plain old get rid of stock material that I seem to have an over abundance of.

I had a pile of white envelopes that I decided to print on and use as carriers for when my customers purchased greeting cards at shows like the One Of A Kind.

Now I’m thinking, I like this…

Owl & Chick Mothers Day Card

It’s gonna be that day again soon.

I won’t say that I pay attention to Mothers Day every year. Usually, I at least try to send it off with a friendly wave.

Thank goodness I have a super fantastic mom, otherwise I’d have no one to give this card too.
